The research developed by the then Post-Doctorate of ECV-UFSC (Paulo R. de Matos) also counted on the participation of researchers from the Physics Department-UFSC and CERIS from the Instituto Superior Técnico of the University of Lisbon, Portugal.
The robotic arm made it possible to investigate the chemical reactions in the hydration of cement made with recycled material in the first 48 hours. The crystallographic evolution of the samples corroborates data on the release of thermal energy during the process.
